Who we are
We are a group of novice researchers who want to improve the imbalance between opportunity and desire to conduct and learn more about research in ICU.
To try and address this we have set up this network to improve opportunities, collaboration and experience for novice clinician researchers modelled on networks in other countries.
Our Goals

Our aims are four-fold:
1. Provide a collaborative network for novice clinicians to participate in research wherever they are located
2. Design multi-centre research projects from conceptualisation to completion
3. Support clinicians to complete educational or training requirements
4. Foster a community of future clinician researchers
