This Policy relates to the OPEN-ICU website and the personal information you may choose to provide to us. OPEN-ICU takes the lawful and correct treatment of personal information very seriously. Please note that this Privacy Notice covers the OPEN ICU website only and not any third party websites linked to from this website. Additionally,  does not cover the application of the Privacy Act 1988 to

medical research conducted by OPEN ICU.  Privacy principles for each research project will be addressed in governance applications and will be in accordance with those outlined under Section 95 of the Privacy Act 1988, 2024 which have been issued by the National Health and Medical Research Council with the approval of the Privacy Commissioner. They outline requirements for the protection of privacy in the conduct of medical research.

The RAFT website is hosted on the GoDaddy.com platform. Your data may be stored through GoDaddy.com’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
